Another great example of environmental solutions causing more harm is the light bulb. The compact florescent light bulb lasts longer and uses less energy than regular light bulbs. Environmental groups have sought to outlaw regular bulbs making compact florescent bulbs the only choice for the public.

What is wrong with this? Ignoring the fact that florescent lights tend to give me headaches. Compact florescent bulbs are highly toxic! Making all bulbs compact florescent would create a much greater problem; we would have billions of toxic bulbs in our landfills.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, the environmentalist's solution to an imaginary problem, is to fill our landfills with billions of broken highly toxic light bulbs. Yep that will save us from global warming. This is just another example of environmental insanity.
