I have found a way for Mr. Obama to turn things around and save our country. He needs to create a new cabnet possition and appoint Al Gore to fill it. Al Gore has in recent years become a Political icon for left leaning Americans. Here are some of the many qualifications that make him the perfect man for a new cabinet level position:

Economic Visionary
His unique economic vision is unlike any in history. Who else would dare to push the idea of a universal carbon tax, while the world suffers through the worst economic crisis since the great depression? Let us not forget his past economic triumphs such as NAFTA.

A Healer of Political Wounds
With our country more divided than ever who better to bridge the political divide than Al Gore. Remember the way he graciously stepped aside after the 2000 election loss? Remember how he respected constitutional law, and encouraged his followers to unite around President Bush? Okay, I guess it did not happen quite like that... Okay, it was the complete opposite!

A Hollywood Giant
Al Gore is an academy award winner! He is friends with political genius the likes of Matt Damon and Leonardo DiCaprio. Can you imagine how cool it would be to have people like them influencing political policy? I for one am sick of educated intelligent people driving national policy. Overrated actors and actresses are the way to go!

A Nobel Prize Winner
Al Gore was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize! Sure there were other far more deserving candidates than him, but he was the popular political choice. Irena Sendler the woman he was chosen over (who soon died) saved over 2500 Jewish children from the Nazis. She was discovered by the Germans and brutally beaten suffering broken legs and arms. But Al Gore made an inaccurate documentary! He joins other past award winners like Terrorist and thug Yasser Arafat.

A Scientific Maverick
Who else would have the guts to claim the world was in danger of over heating while we suffer through two of the coldest years on record? Who else would dare claim that the polar ice caps are melting while in fact they are growing? Who else would demand that common Americans cut back on energy use while his house consumes hundreds of times more power than the average home?


You may be wonder what is the new position? SECRETARY OF WHAT NOT TO DO. What does it entail? Basically Mr. Obama will ask the Al Gore his opinion on what should be done in day to day affairs. After listening carefully to his advice, Mr. Obama will then do the opposite. By doing so Mr. Obama would insure that 98% of his decisions are correct! Think about it! Who else has been wrong about more things than Al Gore? He makes Jimmy Carter look like Mr. Right!
